ICC Meeting Availability
Dear Innis College Council members,
Please complete the form, below, to indicate your general weekly availability for the Fall 2017 term. You are asked to indicate those periods of time for which you have no standing commitments (e.g., classes) and are potentially free to meet. You may assume that meetings will begin 5-10 minutes after the hour, and end on the hour (i.e., “U of T time”).
This information will be used to identify the most inclusive meeting times for all members of Innis College Council and its constituent Boards and Subcommittees.
If your availability changes, at any point, you can email your updates to firstname.lastname@example.org.
*n.b., Your submission will be treated with confidentiality. The information will exclusively be used by the ICC Secretary, and by the Moderators and Secretaries of any Boards that you elect to join, for scheduling purposes only.
